There's always a first

Well everybody has to start at something. And that's what this blog is all about.

I have several things I've started in the past and have never finished. Hopefully this blog can be my reason to finish them all.

Basically, I created this blog to allow myself to practice writing again after so many years of neglecting my muse. I may not be the best blogger around but I would definitely be giving every post 100% effort and time.

On Holidays and Job Hunting

I'm back! And yes, as the title suggests I wasn't able to post much due to the holiday season. T'was a really fun time for me and my family though relatively quieter and less busy than last year's. Nevertheless, I'm still quite thankful that we are yet able to go through another year together no matter the obstacles that came our way. Anyhow, I'm quite in the mood to post about things tonight as I wasn't able to for the last few days. To start of, let me just say congratulations to the recent crowning of our very own Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach as Miss Universe 2015. So proud of you girl! And yes, that gave away my nationality didn't it? Haha, one proud Filipina here ya'll! :) So every happy occasion aside, downside of the ending holiday season is that I'm going to have to face the fact that I'm still utterly jobless and looking for a job this time around is quite more difficult than the last few ones. Manga Review - Akatsuki no Yona by Mizuho Kusanagi

I haven't been able to do a manga review before. So this is something new although it has been done by thousands of people around the globe. How a virus may not kill you but you die anyway

You know, the pandemic affected me more than I care to admit. I’ve always been aware that I may have a problem mentally but I think the prolonged time spent indoors might have really set it off. I may be binge watching shows on my phone, doing usual chores, or answering work emails and inquiries but the feeling of dread and anxiousness never left my side and have steadily kept me company for the whole of 3 months. Now that I think about it though, it may have started 5 years ago when I was struggling to look for a stable job and the pressure of not being able to do so had finally opened my 25-year-old mind to the horrible reality of adulthood. Since then, I clamored for things to keep me from pondering over my failures and eventual lame death.
